Canna-vision, both this track and the “good time state of mind”, is one of my favorite things on this earth and I’m so happy that NYC rock band MONTE is putting words and a soundtrack to my blissfully baked moments today. Featuring a pretty joyful and irreverent overall vibe, MONTE achieves what riot grrrl bands were the last to successfully do (in my opinion): put aggressive voice to the dissent and political turbulence, while having a really good time.
