Smacked Youth is sure to get a crowd of sweaty beer soaked punters moving in the mosh pit with their loud energetic live performances. 2023 saw Smacked Youth embark on their biggest year yet with their first overseas tour which featured shows in London, Amsterdam and Berlin. As well as finishing off the year with a monster national tour opening for Australian rock royalty The Screaming Jets.“
Today is just full of Australian music excellence! This track from alt-metal artist Smacked Youth is surprisingly fun-filled (especially with the accompanying visuals) while maintaining a heavy punk sensibility. Released in May 2021, this one is definitely a throwback, but regardless Wrongside deserves a second look from the world. Featuring a catchy composition and chorus, this drum and guitar heavy track is a banger, for sure.
