With the mention of Crown Fried Chicken (which I have a horror story about the Fulton Street Bed-Stuy location involving multiple moldy banana puddings lol), it’s clear these cats are NYC strong. This track is a lo-fi groove that showcases the lyrical prowess that everyone has come to expect out of NYC. Short and sweet with a slightly somber tone to the instrumentals, Street Life is an honest and bare type of track that we hope for to come out of hip hop these days.
