Released originally 7 years ago, this track from US artist The Scarlet Son (aka Kris Litman) was re-released just this past January and definitely deserves a spotlight. With elements of post-hardcore as well as progressive and alt-metal, Slow Motion Dreams boasts a real sense of depth, especially in the way of lyricism. Mixed by Mike Watts (The Dillinger Escape Plan, Glassjaw, As Cities Burn) Slow Motion Dreams is both catchy and complex with an emotional vocal delivery, a revamped effort from The Scarlet Son that you definitely should not sleep on.
