“Winterweaver is project started by vocalist and guitarist Alexander Halling during early 2023. After a few hard rock bands and a heavy metal-project, he decided it was time to truly follow his heart. A melodic/power metal band inspired by early 00’s Finnish acts like Norther, Sonata Arctica and Nightwish.“
With a heavy-handed hair metal/glam rock influence, Swedish fledgling metal artist Winterweaver released this bombshell track last month. A dynamic and epic composition, Shadow of the Noose combines elements of thrash with it’s 80’s-meets-early-00’s vibe and creates a powerful and catchy sonic journey. Formed just a year ago, Winterweaver is definitely a project that we’ll be keeping our eye on.
