“Know Your Exits, born out of Long Island, New York is a hardcore trio composed of Michael Gruber’s raw and vulnerable lyrics, backed by Ben Mangold’s slamming bass and Zander Tesoriere’s crushing drums and engineering. The group’s debut effort, “Count Backwards From Ten”, is a window into the mind of this hardcore machine, drawing influence from countless musical backgrounds. The group is self sufficient, with their EP being produced, mixed, and mastered by Zander Tesoriere. With hard hitting riffs and a fed up attitude about the world, this trio is excited to share their newest creation with fans.“
It’s not every day that we find a young group bringing back the glory of hardcore, but here they are! Long Island trio Know Your Exits brings us a truly captivating piece of independent music. Featured off their self-produced debut EP, Eat Your Heart Out is a harsh but groovy blend of classic influences that jolts you right out of your seat from the very first verse. Angsty and aggressive, this is a band to watch for sure.
