Coming up on it’s year anniversary, this track was released in May 2023 by German alt-metal band Monashee and it deserves another listen, for sure. Taking a symphonic and energetic approach to instrumentals, Widow has a high octane overall vibe and features details throughout that are almost electronicore in their finished state. Monashee really shows off their vocal delivery and songwriting prowess in this track, giving us an emotional narrative riding on the wings of a slow-building but approachably catchy sonic climax.
