With an intro that is almost reminiscent of 80’s dreampop, this track from Michigan based hip hop artist Amb1shn (who we’ve featured before in issue #15 of Fresh Heat) is an ethereal and laid back blend of cloud hop and trap. With a catchy chorus that sets this track up for some really potential fun high energy remixes, Blood, Sweat and Tears is a simple track with some potent bars and lyrical wordplay. Featuring a personal narrative as the main focus of the songwriting, the overall sound and content of this track exemplifies the fact that Amb1shn has been making music for most of his life and has an innate sense of openness around evolving his sound.
