Energizing in both sound and songwriting, Spit It Out is a throwback to a simpler time in alternative music when the sound was fun and catchy. With diverse vocal styles that range from hardcore influences to the whining croon style reminiscent of bands like Wheatus, Alliances really shows out with a detailed composition and a commitment to the grooving melodic aspects of metalcore.
