I’m having a bad morning and let me tell you, this latest effort from doom metal band Cavern Deep is the perfect score for your gloom and angst. A touch of slacker rock here and there, Queen Womb is slow and steady with fascinating detail throughout, especially in the vocal harmonies and performance style. The vibe is like black strap molasses dripping down the walls and the accompanying visuals are just as psychedelic.
