Released back in December, this beautifully genre-defying piece is the latest from Swedish metal outfit Full Nothing and featuring the guest talents of Tom Englund (of Evergrey) and Joel Dickson. Combining plucky acoustic guitar with soaring atmospheric melodies and an overall mournful tone, Nocturnal Eyes is never more striking than when it’s painting vivid lyrical imagery. And that imagery is abundant throughout the composition and made all the more heartbreaking by the crooning vocal delivery from Tom Englund.
