A completely enchanting venture into both classical piano and black metal, this is the latest from Polish metal outfit Zgroza. Resting at roughly six and a half minutes, this masterpiece begins with a mournful piano intro before transcending into haunting growls and screams, creating a truly multi-dimensional soundscape. The instrumental expertise of Zgraz is abundant in Ogień Świętego Antoniego and takes us on a musical journey that’s sometimes exhilarating and sometimes haunting. This track is by far one of the most unique and creative compositions I’ve seen in a long long time.
