The latest from German metal band Dark Days, this track was released back in September and has remained relatively underground since then, but I was really floored by the versatility and caliber of talent demonstrated on “incomplete”. With a powerful breakdown as the centerpiece, Dark Days manages to pull together a brutal but cinematic blend of post-hardcore and deathcore with this newest effort. Thundering drum-work and roiling guitar harmonies build throughout the progression, exploding into a squealing amp fade at the end. A real treat for your ears!
