Lyrically, this track has some universal themes that, if you didn’t know it was about a cat, carry a deeply personal and relatable effect. With dynamic and aggressive vocals that go from soaring and siren-like to low shrieks, MEOW also features some eery melodic metalcore musical details throughout the composition. Combining a sense of whimsy with an obliterating metal sensibility, this is a track you shouldn’t sleep on!
