The latest release from US metalcore band Drown Out, this track is a slow burn with a really beautiful climax. Gravity starts out with a percussion focused and rather understated first verse and takes its sweet time to build, spending the first full minute of the track getting there. The effect is stunning when the chorus hits and the soaring vocal delivery makes its first appearance. Beautifully written and expertly produced, Drown Out has succeeded in crafting an emotionally sincere and cinematic track.
