Bristol punk band Knives gives a high energy and in-your-face performance with this latest release. Headcase has a sense of irreverence to it that all punk needs to have, but Knives somehow finds a way to achieve that musical middle finger and inject a sense of silliness into the mix. What is most fascinating about this track is the innovative approach to songwriting and composition, especially in the gentle landing provide by the classical choral and Mort Garson-esque outro.
