Ferg Berserk

Fresh out of the gate with his new single “Who Gone Stop Us”, trap artist Ferg Berserk opened up to us about where he comes from, what inspires him, and what to expect next!

Where are you from?

“I’m from Atlanta. I grew up on the east side then moved to Decatur around 15.”

Why do you make music?

“I originally started making music to cope with life. Stuff was hard growing up and both writing and music had always been an escape for me. Eventually, I realized that I wanted to make music myself, so I studied production. Now I think it’s bigger than just me; I’m making music to let others know that they aren’t alone, and there are folks out there that feel the same way.”

What’s your latest or next release?

“Man I just dropped ‘Who Gone Stop Us’ which folks been asking me about ever since I first performed it. If you’re in the gym, or just hyped up for no reason you gotta go listen to it!”

What are your influences musically?

“My greatest inspiration is probably Juice Wrld, since his music got me through a lot and his skills were so amazing to me. I also draw a lot of inspiration from bands I grew up listening to like Slipknot, Machine Head, Avenged Sevenfold, and some others.”
