The newest single from Austrian deathcore band Praeya, Decay was released late last month and has an accompanying music video that is just as attention grabbing as the track itself. Blending together visuals and audio cues, Praeya succeeds in creating a combined sense of claustrophobia that really brings the track’s repeatedly whispered lyric “I can’t breathe” to life for the listener. With grinding guitar riffs and a relentless thundering instrumental composition throughout, Decay is a powerful sonic journey.
