When I first heard this BRUTAL joint I knew it would have to go into my SoundCloud playlist. I have always been
a big fan of meme rap and people using a typically “serious” genre as a way to express more light notions.

“This punk rap song expresses my inner hatred at myself for being taken advantage of. The loud, blaring vocals and raw, thundering bass are representations of my inner conflict and the noise that this hate fills me with. I recently had a falling out with “friends” who ended up betraying and backstabbing me while I was away. I wanted to provide the listener with the same experience I had. The title of the track, “Sea Anemone”, is a reference to how Sea Anemones shock any fish that tries to get in except for Clown Fish, which, like in Nemo, are expected to be funny, which is representative of me, having at one point divulging into self-deprecating meme rap just to gain some attention, so I am inherently a Clown Fish.”
