Groove and melody, riffs and breakdowns, post-production and raw performance, technique and simplicity – these are among the many dimensions the group carefully balances in crafting its sound. Featuring a unique melodic twist in the form of violinist Megan Ash comprising a full-time member of the band, Heteromorphic Zoo is supported by a strong foundation of heavy music veterans Coty Garcia (vocals), Bryce Butler (drums), and Ray Heberer (guitars). The band’s debut EP “New World” is expected to arrive in mid-2024.“

A rich soundscape overall, Your Final Seconds boasts the traditional trappings of death and melodic metal but steps outside all expectations with the addition of a violinist, adding a complexity and grace to an otherwise brutal and ruthless deathcore sound. The entire package, from beginning to end, is a an exhibition of versatile talent and impeccable attention to detail.
