Now here’s a band to really be excited about! US hardcore punk entity WORLDSUCKS is fresh off the release of their latest single NO!/GO!, a hyper political and high octane blend of post-hardcore, thrash metal, and punk. Heavily armed with hard held and furious true leftist political passion, WORLDSUCKS serves up their rage by the fistful and brings the politics back to punk, a notion that has fallen to the wayside in recent decades. But punk is and has always been political, at its core. This triumphant return to mobilization via music is highly refreshing. And with no plans to bring their new music to Spotify or other streaming platforms (aside from Bandcamp), WORLDSUCKS is also sticking it to the corporate music machine that has long been robbing artists of their dues and is long overdue for a reckoning.
