GRIEFBOYS

Fresh on the heels of their latest release KON, a trap metal track which hit the scene just 3 weeks ago and has received over 1K views on Youtube and much praise from fans, we caught up with Polish trap metal group GRIEFBOYS to learn a little bit more about their musical influences, aspirations, and motivations. Here’s what they had to say:

Where are you from?

The members of GRIEFBOYS are from Poland.

Why do you make music?

Our entire lives have always been connected to music. Each of us has had experience with metal music (mostly metalcore and deathcore), but we have also played/produced other genres using live instrumentation.
Currently, we are focusing on Trap Metal, which allows us to convey our emotions to listeners – and that is precisely our main reason for making music.
We want to convey emotion and energy while also giving listeners solace and the opportunity to feel like they are not alone.

What’s your latest or next release? 

Our latest release is “KON”

What are your influences musically?

We draw inspiration from a wide range of musical worlds:
Pink Floyd, Scarlxrd, Bring Me The Horizon, Hans Zimmer, $uicideboy$, Korn, Deftones, Bones, Ghostemane, Whitechapel, LOATHE, Sleep Token, Corpse and many more.
