This Japanese black metal band is true underground find. The band name translates to “Seiden” and the track title to “Akatsuki Signpost”. “Seiden” means silk and “Akatsuki” means sunrise or dawn. Sonically, this brief but powerful release from May 2023 is a chaotic blend of many different influences from noise rock to death metal. The overall effect is mesmerizing!
